These Welcome Box Terms & Conditions (these “Welcome Box Terms”) and our Terms of Use terms, which are incorporated herein by reference, (collectively the “Terms”) govern your participation in The Bump Welcome Box Offer (the “Offer”) made available by The Knot Worldwide Inc. (“TKWW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our Services.
Please read these Terms carefully before participating. By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not participate in the Offer.
1. The Offer
According to the Terms, all qualified participants will receive a welcome box filled with an assortment of pre-baby essentials and goodies (the “Welcome Box”). One box per household per year.
2. Eligibility
- Membership Requirement: To be eligible to participate in the Offer, you must have an active membership with The Bump on the Services at the time of participation.
- Age & Residency: You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to participate in the Offer. Employees of TKWW, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
- Void Where Prohibited: The Offer is void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Qualify
To qualify for the Offer, you must complete all of the following during the Promotion Period (as defined below):
- Have an active The Bump membership.
- Add at least 10 unique items to your registry.
- Either make a purchase OR be gifted an item with a value of $10 or more from your own registry AND have it marked as purchased in your registry.
Participants must complete all qualifying actions in their account according to the Services’ activity records and systems. Participants must use the email address associated with their registry to redeem the Offer.
4. Shipping Fee
To receive the Welcome Box, you agree to pay a non-refundable shipping and handling fee of $9.99 (“Shipping Fee”). The Shipping Fee must be paid in full at the time you confirm your shipping details. Failure to pay the Shipping Fee will disqualify you from receiving the Welcome Box. The Shipping Fee is non-refundable.
5. Promotion Period
The Offer begins on February 2, 2026 and ends when the Welcome Box inventory is exhausted or on December 12, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), whichever occurs first. All qualifying actions must be completed within the Promotion Period to be eligible.
6. Welcome Box Contents; Third-Party Products
- The Welcome Box contains an assortment of physical products (“Products”) provided by third-party companies that are not affiliated with TKWW.
- TKWW does not endorse and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of any Products contained in the Welcome Box. You acknowledge and agree that TKWW makes no representations or warranties regarding any third-party products, and all issues or concerns regarding those Products must be addressed directly with the applicable product provider.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless TKWW from any claims arising out of or related to any Product.
7. Delivery
Delivery of the Welcome Box will be made to the shipping address you provide after qualifying and paying the Shipping Fee. TKWW is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected shipments once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
8. Relationship to Terms of Use
If there is any conflict between these Welcome Box Terms and the Terms of Use, these Welcome Box Terms will control solely with respect to the Offer unless otherwise explicitly stated.
9. Changes, Cancellation & Termination
TKWW reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Offer (or any part of it) at any time, and for any reason, including without limitation if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond TKWW’s control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Offer.
10. Data Privacy
By participating in the Offer, you agree that TKWW may collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TKWW and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the Offer or your receipt or use of any Product in the Welcome Box.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms (and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws specified in the Terms of Use, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree that any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth in the Terms of Use.
