If you’ve recently synced your registry from a partner store like Amazon, Target or Crate & Kids, but don't see it in The Bump search yet, don't worry! Here is why there might be a delay and how to fix it.
The Syncing Timeline
The 48-Hour Window: It typically takes up to 48 hours for a newly synced partner registry to appear in our search results.
The First Trimester Privacy Rule: To protect your privacy, registries created during the first trimester are hidden by default. We will automatically release your registry to the public search once you reach your second trimester (Week 14).
Troubleshooting Checklist
If it has been more than 48 hours and you are past Week 14, please check the following:
Verify Search Details: Ensure you are searching for the exact name used when you created the registry at the partner store.
Check Retailer Privacy: Visit the partner website (Amazon, Target, Crate & Kids) to confirm your registry is set to “Public” or “Searchable.”
Complete Your Profile: Head to your Bump account settings and ensure your first name, last name, and due date are all filled out. (If these are not all entered, our system cannot populate you)
Review Manage Registry: Use the “Manage Registry” tool on The Bump to confirm your sync is active and visible.
