Where is my journal/tracker? I can only find saved info on one device

Did you update your Journal/Tracker on your phone, but can't find it when you log into your account from a tablet?

 

Journal and Tracker information is only saved within your specific device, not on an account level. This is to ensure your privacy and adhere to US regulations on medical information. 

 

If you have changed devices, your journal entries cannot be restored or transferred to your app on your new device. However, if you still have your old device, you may check with your service provider  to see if thy can provide assistance in recovering details that were saved locally on that device.
