We're so sorry that you're ready to leave! Your membership is valid for all of our lifestage brands, so it's important to know - to delete your full membership account with The Bump, you need to delete your account with The Knot.
In order to delete your full membership account, you'll need to submit a request using this form. Use the same name and email associated with The Bump app or your account on TheBump.com.
While logged in to your account on the Bump app, you can also find the form in the More menu (the footer tab bar of the app). Select Account Preferences, then select Delete Account. After you submit the request form, someone from The Knot Worldwide will reach out to you to confirm your account deletion request.
Learn what deleting your account means:
- Your account and all the information and content saved in that account will be removed.
- Your The Knot registry account and registry manager will be removed. Retail registries will remain active on retailer sites.
- Please be informed that if you have an account in TheKnot.com and in TheBump.com, they are connected. Therefore, if you choose to delete one, your content and all information saved in both accounts will be removed.
- Your community forum account and posts won’t be removed.
